据欧盟网站消息，2016年10月8日欧盟委员会发布 (EU) 2016/1785条例，就霜脲氰、磷酸及其盐类、5-硝基愈创木酚钠、邻硝基酚钠和对硝基酚钠在部分产品中的最大残留限量修订欧洲议会和理事会条例(EC) No 396/2005附录II和III。

　　新条例自发布之日起第20天生效，并于2017年4月28日实施。
